Lords Debate on the detention inquiry report reveals a consensus for a reform

There was a Lords Debate on the detention inquiry report yesterday, led by Lord Lloyd of Berwick who retired today.

A total of 15 peers spoke at the debate, showing a broad consensus that a radical reform to the immigration detention system is necessary.
